PROJECTS

As a multi-passionate and creative person, I always have a project or two brewing.

I love creating opportunities for building connections, benefiting the community, and creating innovative approaches/solutions.

Check out some of my current projects below.

Expanding the “Flash Technique” in the Rogue Valley

Advertisement for a training course titled "Desensitizing Adverse Experiences Using the Flash Technique" taking place in Medford, Oregon, emphasizing trauma memory desensitization training, with details about the presenter, target audience, date, location, cost, and registration information, and including logos of sponsors.

In an effort to support the community and mental health clinicians, I am partnering with Dr. Mitchell to bring the “Flash Technique”, an in-person continuing education opportunity to Southern Oregon. Clinicians feel better when they have effective tools at their disposal, work at the top of their scope, and have the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect in the community. Plus, more skilled, well, and connected clinicians mean healthier communities.

I’ve gotten to see the power of the Flash Technique in action and am always amazed at how effective it is. I’m excited to see more providers integrating this innovative approach into their practice.

Training schedule and objectives for a workshop, including registration details, overview of adverse childhood experiences, stretching the window of affective tolerance, memory breakdowns, practicum, lunch, desensitization, and treatment modalities, with quotes from participants.
Document with multiple licensing and certification details for counseling and social work, including logos and text.
